Summer Tips
1. Please DO NOT leave any food OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT!! We do have bears in the neighborhood. Any damage related to bear issues because of the leftovers is the guests' responsibility.
2. Please wear Insect Repellent/Tick Ban while you are outside. If you forget to bring any with you, you could find the repellents we provided in the mud room. You might want to check on yourself for bugs or ticks before entering the house, especially after walking a trail in the wood.
3. Please DO NOT leave any door open behind you, it will attract bugs or into the house.
Special Notice
1. Please do not step on the blue-taped area by the stairs. It is a temporary fix for the carpet.
2. Please be extra cautious when you open or close the Double Twin Room window. You can hold on to the bottom wood trim while you are operating the handle. If you cannot fully close the window, you don't have to force it.
Living Room
1. String lights on the front deck are on an automatic schedule for Sunset to Sunrise. It can be turned on/off by the switch behind the entry door. If you would like to use Alexa, ask for "DECK LIGHT". If you found the string light blinking, you can restart the light by turning on and off the switch.
2. Lights on the back porch are on an automatic schedule for Sunset to Sunrise. It can be turned on/off by asking Alexa to turn on/off "PORCH DECOR LIGHT".
3. Window AC in the living room can be turned on/off by asking Alexa to turn on/off "AC".
4. Slippers can be found in the cabinet underneath the Welcome Bears, different sizes are available.

1. You could find all different kinds of glassware in the cabinet on the right of the range hood.
2. You could find the extra roll of paper towels and trash bags in the upper cabinet of the closet.
3. For Dishwasher, please follow the steps to choose the cycle you want. Then you will see the red dot appear on the ground, which indicates the machine is running.
4. For Dishwasher, DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR if you see the red dot lights on the ground.
5. Brew coffee can be found in the cabinet above the coffee brewer.
6. The tap water is drinkable. The water bottle in the closet is for emergency situation (e.g.Power Outage) only.

Game Room
1. Game Room String light can only be turned on/off by Alexa, please ask for "STRING LIGHT".
2. Ambient lights behind the TV can only be turned on/off by Alexa, please ask for "TV LIGHT".
3. Mini Refrigerator is controlled by Alexa as well, call for "Mini Refrigerator".
King/Queen Suite Bathroom
1. You will be able to find towels on the racks or in the closets.
2. Please only use MAKE UP Towels for makeup removal.
3. Hair dryers are in the closets.
